Miles L. Mitzner

Miles L. Mitzner, founding member of the firm, is a 1982 graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a degree in economics. Mr. Mitzner graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1986 and has been continuously practicing in Oklahoma and across the United States since. Mr. Mitzner has been the lead counsel or co-counsel in litigation across ten State and Federal Courts in the United States and is currently active in national litigation in several jurisdictions.

He is a member of the Oklahoma State and County Bar Associations, a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives, founding member of Oklahoma Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives; founding member of the Society of Insurance Receivers, NOSSCR, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and has been named to Who's Who on over 25 different occasions.

Mr. Mitzner is admitted to all Oklahoma State and Federal Courts, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Mitzner has been honored as Legal Aid's Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year, is a frequent speaker on a variety of commercial topics at the State and National level and has been published in numerous magazines and periodicals. Mr. Mitzner also provides expert testimony in cases of a commercial and disability nature, and is active nationally in class litigation.
