Actonel side effects

Actonel has several potentially severe side effects, including osteonecrosis of the jaw (ONJ), a destructive disorder in the mouth that causes painful gums, loosening of the teeth, and poor healing of the gums after surgery. While ONJ is the most dangerous and can even lead to the removal of the jaw, people have been known to suffer other adverse effects of Fosamax. Some of the more common Fosamax side effects include upset stomach, nausea, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, excessive flatulence, or severe constipation. There are also reports of severe esophageal trauma and ulceration that can require extensive hospitalization to repair. Fosamax side effects can also include non-specific muscle, bone and joint pain.
